NEW: BUY ME A COFFEE PAGE

All the work I create for **Dakini Translations** is offered voluntarily, produced in my own time and largely at my own expense, without formal employment, institutional funding, or organisational support (often due to being a female and survivor/whistleblower).

Despite this, the website is read by thousands of people around the world, and I regularly receive kind messages of appreciation for my research, translations, articles, podcasts, music, and other Dharma-related projects. Some readers have also generously chosen to support the work through private donations, which has been invaluable.

I have never charged for my translations or placed Dharma content behind a paywall—and I do not intend to. I believe that authentic Dharma teachings and translations should remain freely accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.

However, producing independent research, translations, writing, podcasts, music, and educational content requires considerable time, energy, and personal resources. It is a 24/7 passion and effort!

So, if you value the work of an independent (and sometimes challenging) female scholar-translator-practitioner—writing about Buddha Dharma, translation, women in Buddhism, animals, the environment, music, podcasts, and issues of sexism and misogyny within Buddhist cultures and other religious traditions—please consider supporting Dakini Translations with a small donation.

Even the equivalent of a coffee or two is a meaningful (and meritorious) way to say thank you and helps me continue making this work freely available and expanding it daily. Plus I love coffee very much!

Another way to offer a donation and support the work is to buy a private one hour session to ask or speak about anything related to Dharma, translations, study, practice etc:

Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting authentic female writing and independent Dharma scholarship and translation.
