Khenting Tai Situpa

The current 12th Tai Situpa at the Losar 2026 event, Palpung Sherab Ling, India.

This section is for original research, translations and transcripts about the extremely valuable and important Karma Kagyu and Shangpa Kagyu lineage holder, the Khenting Tai Situpas. They are also considered to be one of the four main heart-sons of the Karmapas, from the 1st Karmapa onwards. The 8th Tai Situpa, Chokyi Jungne is considered to be one of the most important and accomplished scholar-translator-practitioners in Tibetan Buddhist history.
